Trimester One Examinations – Adverse WeatherThe Open Polytechnic is aware that the MetService is predicting adverse weather conditions for much of the country over the coming week, particularly in the lower South Island.
At this stage all Open Polytechnic examinations will continue as scheduled, but if you are unable to reach your examination due to weather conditions, call us on 0508 650 200 or email exams@openpolytechnic.ac.nz and we will advise you further.
If you are unable to attend your examination for any reason, please note that you may need to obtain documentary evidence showing the reasons why you were not able to attend your exam, for example a report from the Police or Local Authority.
If you have any concerns about reaching your exam centre, please call us 0508 650 200. We will endeavour to update information on our website, Online Campus, My Open Polytechnic and Facebook pages if there are any changes to scheduled exams. Maintenance of Online Campus and Library in JuneDuring the break between Trimester 1 and Trimester 2 we are undertaking some maintenance on the Online Campus and our Library system so that we can minimise disruption to students. On 25 June between 3am and 10am we will be completing maintenance on our Library system. During this time all online Library services will be unavailable. Videos of each of the ceremonies are available to watch online, so you can see yourself up on stage!
Even if you didn't graduate, we had some fantastic, inspirational and motivational guest and graduate speakers - you can view their speeches individually, or watch the ceremonies in full. -
